Process overview
The Politerm® Evolution Plant is the industrial line that coats expanded EPS beads with E.I.A. to produce Politerm® Blu (and coats R-Beads to produce Politerm® R), with precisely controlled dosing, and then fills the bags automatically, ready for distribution.
Built for industrial consistency, it disperses the additive evenly and doses it accurately, batch after batch, keeping process variability to a minimum so that the finished material is reliable every time.
