Every market is different: the products in demand, duties and freight, labour and energy costs, the kind of projects being built. A return on investment or a payback period printed on a website would mean very little, and you would be right not to trust it.
What we publish instead are the plant specifications available today: space, personnel, capacity and, where already defined, power. We confirm the requirements of your project with you.
Then we build the business case together, using local costs, expected sales volumes and the confirmed plant specifications.

Territorial rights and any exclusivity are defined in the licensing agreement, and we protect them. If your proposed territory is already allocated, we will tell you plainly and explain the options available.
The additive
is the technology.
EPS is light, cement is heavy: mix them and the beads float. E.I.A., Edilteco's patented additive, keeps the mix cohesive and homogeneous, with the beads evenly distributed, so that every cubic metre performs the same.
