What the line does
The EPS Separation Plant recovers EPS waste contaminated with cement and aggregates (as well as other pollutants), transforming it into a new reusable raw material for the production of lightweight concrete and construction materials.
During demolition, renovation or refurbishment, EPS-containing materials are traditionally perceived as waste that is impossible to deal with. Dedicated separation processes give them a second life.

The regranulated beads re-enter the Politerm® Evolution Plant, where E.I.A. additivation makes them compatible with cementitious mixes again — becoming Politerm® R.
