Process overview
The Smartblock® Plant is the industrial line for manufacturing Smartblock® ultra-lightweight, thermally insulating masonry blocks, made from a cementitious mix combined with expanded polystyrene (EPS).
Available in different thicknesses and density grades, the blocks meet a wide range of thermal and acoustic requirements, in a system designed for faster installation and reliable performance.
