Process overview
The EPS Expansion Plant is the technological core of production: it turns expandable polystyrene into EPS beads with a controlled, consistent bulk density, through an efficient and reliable process.
Built to deliver consistent, repeatable quality, it optimises processing times and minimises variability. In six hours it produces 100 m³ (3,531 ft³) of EPS at a density of 8–10 kg/m³.
