What the line does
The EPS Expansion Plant is the technological core for converting polystyrene beads into expanded EPS ready for production: an efficient and reliable process that ensures lightweight performance, uniformity, and controlled density.
Engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable quality, it optimizes processing times and minimizes variability. Six hours produce 100 m³ (3,531 ft³) of EPS at a density of 8–10 kg/m³.
