What the line does
The EPS Crusher & EPS Regranulator is the integrated system designed to transform EPS pieces — packaging, boxes, panels, boards — into small granules and beads ready to re-enter production.
The EPS Crusher is a mill that transforms EPS pieces into controlled granules, max 10–15 mm. The EPS Regranulator refines and regranulates them to deliver a more homogeneous and stable output. Conventional grinding destroys the bead structure irreversibly; this controlled regranulation keeps it intact, so the resulting R-Beads retain their closed-cell, non-absorbent structure and their water resistance, for reliable, repeatable performance in new construction materials.
